PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed on the 9Round store typically require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment but may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer several shipping options through UPS®. Shipping methods include but are not limited to:

       • UPS® Ground
       • UPS® 3-Day Select
       •UPS® 2nd Day Air
       • UPS® Next Day Air

Available shipping options may vary based on your location and the items included in your order. 

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

We currently only ship to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. Customers can view estimated shipping fees during the checkout process before completing their order. 

DELIVERY TIME

ORDER TRACKING
