SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.
Your tracking number may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has shipped. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't sweat it, your order should still be on the way to you. If your tracking number still doesn't update after 5 or more days, you can reach out to supplies@9round.com for assistance.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. Customers can view estimated shipping fees during the checkout process before completing their order.
To edit a delivery address, please reach out to supplies@9round.com. Please note, we are unable to make changes once your order has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We offer several shipping options through UPS®. Available shipping options may vary based on your location and the items included in your order. Shipping methods include but are not limited to:
- UPS® Ground
- UPS® 2nd Day Air
- UPS® Next Day Air
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 9Round. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team at supplies@9round.com.
Please note: Items purchased online MUST be returned online and cannot be returned in-store. Items purchased in-store MUST be returned in-store and cannot be returned online.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days.
Drop off the return package at any UPS® drop-off location. Be sure to ask for a tracking receipt for your confirmation.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
ORDER INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it through your account or by using the link in your confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to create a return once you receive your items.

If any items are missing, please check if your order was shipped in multiple boxes before contacting us. You can confirm whether your order will arrive in separate packages by reviewing your shipping confirmation email.
All products must be inspected by the receiving party within seven (7) business days of receipt. Customers must notify Striking Brands Home Office of any damage within seven (7) business days of when the tracking number shows the package as delivered, or all damages and therefore replacement costs would be the sole responsibility of the customer.
To make claims for shipping damage, the receiving party must preserve all shipping materials (packaging, shipping containers, etc.). All damage must be photographed and described. Qualifying claims can be sent to supplies@9round.com and must include the original sales order/invoice number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographs showing the suspected damaged items. No shipping damage claims will be accepted without proper photographic documentation. We do not cover damage caused by improper placement or storage resulting in items falling, being dropped, knocked over by traffic (human, animal, mechanical) or extreme weather.

We periodically offer promotions, typically featured on the homepage banner or sent via email to 9Round members. These promotions are usually applied automatically at checkout, with no code required. In some cases, we may provide discount codes for specific offers, which can be redeemed during checkout.
No, most of our discount codes are for one-time use only unless otherwise specified.
Unless otherwise specified, discount codes can typically be applied in addition to discounted sale prices.
Orders over $75 USD qualify for free shipping within the continental United States every day. Occasionally, we may offer additional shipping discounts as part of a promotion.
