Return and Exchange Policy

  • Claims should be made directly to the carrier when damage occurs during delivery.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted without information being provided through the return/exchange section.  
  • 9Round will provide return shipping only for defective merchandise or incorrect shipments.
  • Any missing items or wrong items received must be reported through the 9Round return/exchange section within 30 days.  No claims will be accepted for these issues after the 30-day time period.
  • Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited at no additional charge. All products carry a 60-day warranty from time of shipping. If merchandise is determined to have been damaged due to improper use or care, warranties will become void.
  • Discontinued or clearance merchandise is not accepted for return, nor do they carry the same warranties as other merchandise.
