Claims should be made directly to the carrier when damage occurs during delivery.
No return or exchange will be accepted without information being provided through the return/exchange section.
9Round will provide return shipping only for defective merchandise or incorrect shipments.
Any missing items or wrong items received must be reported through the 9Round return/exchange section within 30 days. No claims will be accepted for these issues after the 30-day time period.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited at no additional charge. All products carry a 60-day warranty from time of shipping. If merchandise is determined to have been damaged due to improper use or care, warranties will become void.
Discontinued or clearance merchandise is not accepted for return, nor do they carry the same warranties as other merchandise.
