Orders placed on the 9Round store typically require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment but may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. Customers can view estimated shipping fees during the checkout process before completing their order.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination address. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout for each shipping option. Please note that these estimates are not guarantees and may be subject to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We currently ship only to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 9Round. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com.
- Items purchased online must be returned online and cannot be returned in store.
- Items purchased in store must be returned in store and cannot be returned online.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific details.
- All bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
1. To initiate your return, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available), and affix the return label to your parcel.
3. Drop off the return package at any UPS® drop-off location. Be sure to ask for a tracking receipt for your confirmation.
4. Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting your returned items, we will promptly issue a refund to the method of your choice.
Return Shipping Costs:
We provide a prepaid return label once a return is initiated by the customer. Customers are responsible for any other return shipping costs beyond this, such as packaging, etc. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking receipt when dropping off your return to ensure the package arrives safely at our facilities.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
